XLclick is an Excel add-in built from real, hands-on experience with data, spreadsheets, and the daily pressure of turning numbers into decisions that actually matter.

It wasn’t born in a lab or as a theoretical product idea—it came directly from years of working inside Excel, dealing with complex reports, messy datasets, and the constant need to move faster without losing accuracy.

The Founder

The Founder is Federico Magni, a Senior SEO Specialist since 2012, and over time Excel naturally became my main working environment. Not just as a tool, but as a sort of “laboratory” where strategy, analysis, and performance data all meet. After years of building SEO reports, dashboards, and automation workflows, I kept running into the same frustration: too many repetitive steps for tasks that should be simple.

That’s where XLclick started. At first, it was just a personal set of shortcuts—small improvements built to save time on my own work. But as I refined them, I realized they were solving a much bigger problem that many professionals face every day: Excel is powerful, but it often slows people down when workflows become too manual and fragmented.

A tool built from real work, not theory

XLclick was developed to simplify that reality. Instead of forcing users to learn complex systems or change how they work, it enhances Excel directly through a lightweight .XLAM add-in. The goal is simple: turn repetitive, multi-step actions into something that can be executed in a single click.

This is not about replacing Excel or adding unnecessary complexity. It’s about making Excel feel closer to how professionals actually think when they work: fast, focused, and result-oriented. Every function inside XLclick comes from real use cases—things I personally needed while working on SEO audits, keyword analysis, performance reporting, and data cleaning.

Why it exists

If you work with data every day, you already know the problem. Small inefficiencies compound quickly. A few extra clicks here, a repeated formula there, manual formatting steps that feel harmless but end up consuming hours each week. XLclick was created to remove that friction.

Over time, I noticed that the best workflows are not the most complex ones—they are the ones that disappear into the background and let you focus on thinking instead of executing. That idea became the foundation of XLclick: reduce friction, increase clarity, and help professionals spend more time on decisions rather than operations.

Experience and perspective

My background in SEO and data analysis shaped the way this tool was built. Since 2012, I’ve worked with companies and projects where data wasn’t optional—it was the core of every decision. That experience taught me that tools don’t need to be flashy to be effective. They need to be reliable, predictable, and built around real workflows.

XLclick reflects that mindset. It is designed for professionals who already understand Excel and want to push it further without unnecessary learning curves or complexity. It’s meant to feel like a natural extension of how you already work.

Trust and legal transparency

XLclick is operated with a clear professional structure and is legally based in Treviglio (BG), Italy. This ensures transparency, accountability, and a stable foundation for ongoing development and support. The goal is not to build a short-term tool, but a long-term product that evolves with the needs of its users.

Everything inside XLclick is built with a focus on reliability and practical usage. There are no hidden processes or unnecessary background operations—just tools designed to help you work faster and with more control over your data.

Final note

XLclick continues to evolve based on real feedback from professionals working in SEO, marketing, finance, and analytics. But the core idea has never changed: keep Excel powerful, remove unnecessary friction, and give time back to people who work with data every day.
